Sandro Pelaez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sandro started their career as an intern at ewz in 2009 and later had an internship at Tokyo University of Science in 2010. In the same year, they joined Accenture as a Consultant, where they worked until 2015 and eventually became a Consulting Manager. In 2019, Sandro joined IMTF - Excellence in RegTech Solutions as a Program & Project Director. Sandro then took on roles as Head of Anti Money Laundering Intelligence & Product Manager from 2020 to 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Product Officer / Global Head of Product. Throughout their career, Sandro has demonstrated their expertise in project management, consulting, and product management.

Sandro Pelaez has a diverse education history. Sandro obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. After completing their undergraduate studies, Sandro pursued further education at ETH Zürich, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their studies at ETH Zürich, Sandro spent a period at Chalmers University of Technology in 2012. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Technology Management. Furthermore, Sandro also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the same university.

To supplement their formal education, Sandro has acquired several additional certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" course offered by the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2020, they obtained the "Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS)" certification from ACAMS. Sandro also holds a "Scrum Product Owner" certification granted by the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2015.
