Terrell Paul is an accomplished Warehouse Team Lead at Pathmark Transportation since November 2022, known for significantly enhancing employee retention and achieving substantial cost savings through self-repairs of onsite equipment. With over a decade of experience as a Songwriter at BeKreative, Terrell has a passion for music composition. Previous roles include Warehouse Supervisor at Us Logistics Solutions, where Terrell implemented effective training programs and performance reporting tools, and Warehouse Manager at Forward Air Corporation, where strong leadership resulted in increased employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
