Lim Sengtong

Lim Sengtong has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Lim is the Head of Operations at Sportsmazing, a subsidiary of Pathmazing Inc. They are responsible for leading sponsorship sales, servicing, and merchandising for the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games. Lim is also involved in the operations of KhmerCare, the first fundraising platform in Cambodia, where they support local causes and ensure transparency in making an immediate impact on people's lives.

Prior to these roles, Lim worked as an Operations Manager at J-Hook Co., Ltd., where they managed day-to-day activities and achieved operational objectives. They also served as the Founder and Business Development Manager at LIM Supplies Trading, focusing on business development and establishing the company. Furthermore, Lim co-founded Matong Co., Ltd., aiming to integrate technology into the tourism industry in Cambodia.

Lim's early professional experience includes being the Director of the Business Committee at JCI (Junior Chamber International), overseeing the organization's projects and providing support in various areas. They also participated in the Young Leader Program, receiving training in soft skills such as project management, leadership, public speaking, marketing, and sales. Moreover, Lim gained experience as an Internship Marketing Executive at Pointer.

Lim Sengtong completed a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, starting in 2014 and finishing in 2018. Concurrently, from 2015 to 2019, Lim Sengtong also pursued another Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education at the same institution. Earlier in their education, from 2007 to 2016, Lim Sengtong attended a school called "端华" and obtained a Highschool degree in Chinese Studies.
