Gabrielle Hayon

Gabrielle Hayon is a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist at PathPoint since May 2023, with extensive experience in safety and behavioral intervention roles. Freelance work as a lifeguard and swim instructor began in June 2017, providing private swim lessons and enforcing pool safety. Gabrielle served as a lifeguard at the University of Redlands from January 2020 to April 2023, ensuring safety and compliance at the facility. An internship as an Applied Behavioral Analyst Intern with ALIVE Education Management & Services from June to August 2022 involved implementing behavioral interventions and collaborating with a supervising BCBA. Gabrielle also worked as a bookkeeper and marketing assistant at Foundation to Roof Construction between April 2020 and August 2021, enhancing social media engagement and managing project finances. Education includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, in progress from September 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Administration minor from the University of Redlands, completed in April 2023.
