Marielle DeFazio has over 20 years of work experience. Marielle started their career as a Victim Advocate at the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, where they provided comprehensive services to crime victims, specializing in serving victims with developmental disabilities. Marielle then worked as a Research Associate at Behavioral Science Technology, providing support in data analysis and maintaining client databases. At the Ventura County Superintendent of Schools Office, Marielle served as a Research Associate, assisting in program evaluations and providing general support to the research department. Marielle later became a Program Manager/Senior Project Analyst, managing and evaluating federal and state-funded grant projects for at-risk youth and adults. Currently, Marielle is the Chief Operations Officer at PathPoint, overseeing various support services for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages to live and work as valued members of their community. Marielle also initiated PathPoint's partnership with Project SEARCH.
