James McKernan has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technology.

James'smost recent role is as a Principal Software Engineer at Pathpoint since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP, Technology at Pathpoint from March 2020 to March 2022, and served as the VP of Engineering from November 2018 to March 2020.

James began their career at Slide as a Software Engineer - Infrastructure from August 2006 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining mission-critical backend services.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Glenridge Solutions as a Senior Consultant - Development from August 2004 to July 2006, and at Exeter Group as a Software Development Consultant from July 2001 to May 2004.

James McKernan earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001.
