Claire Avershal

Claire Avershal, M.Ed., PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, educational development, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Program Lead for the Specialist Network at Pathrise, Claire oversees a 150-member team, drives improvements in performance metrics, and leads cross-functional projects. Previous roles include Creator Onboarding Program Manager at Rally, where Claire developed key processes for tracking KPIs and created educational initiatives, as well as Campus Manager at General Assembly, managing student success and operational efficiency across multiple campuses. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Narrative Studies from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education from Penn State University.
