Brittan Dubose

Brittan duBose currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Pathstone since August 2025. Prior to this role, Brittan served as Head of HR Consulting at MassMutual from February 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included providing strategic people strategies to support business goals during digital and geographic transformations. Previously, Brittan was an SVP, Human Resources Executive at Bank of America for over seven years, overseeing a diverse range of businesses and managing a large marketing organization, along with serving as a Compensation Manager. Brittan's career began in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Signal Corps from 1997 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a BA in Government from Smith College and an MA in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
