Nickie has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, providing both clinical and consulting services to hospitals and hospital systems. Her clinical experience coupled with strategy and process improvement allows her to provide thought partnership to help clients attain their goals. Her primary focus has been assisting organizations with process improvement, strategic planning initiatives, and innovative solutions to streamline and enhance patient care.

Nickie received a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Winona State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Keller School of Management. She started as an RN at Northwestern Memorial Hospital before pursuing careers in healthcare consulting and strategy. Outside of work, you can find Nickie acting as COO of her household by navigating everyone’s busy schedules, exploring the outdoors, and traveling whenever the opportunity presents itself.
