Clare Whittingham

Clare Whittingham is an experienced senior manager in the education and training sector, currently serving as the Head of Skills Bootcamps at Pathway Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Clare held the position of Head of Learner Support at Capita Learning from November 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of specialist apprenticeships and adult education services. Previously, Clare was the Regional Performance Director at 3aaa from September 2015 to October 2018, managing apprenticeship sales and delivery across a network of over 150 staff members. Additional experience includes serving as the Head of Operations in the Apprenticeship Division at learndirect Limited and holding various roles at JHP Training. Clare holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Wolverhampton University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
