Currently serving as a clinician at Pathway Healthcare since November 2021, Charlene has previously worked at the Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama in a similar role. Additionally, Charlene was the owner and president of Charlene McLaughlin, LCSW, LLC-WillowTree Counseling and Mediation Center for a brief period in 2013. Charlene holds a Master in Social Work from Florida State University, which was obtained between 1992 and 1994.
