Will Miller

Will Miller is currently the Director of Strategy & Operations at Pathway Homes, a single-family rent-to-own company with investors such as Fifth Wall, Invitation Homes, and Regis Group PLC. Prior to this role, Will worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Proptech. Will also has experience as a Program Manager at Covenant House International and served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Will holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a specialization in Real Estate and Finance, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
