Bill Gulley

Bill Gulley currently serves as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Pathway Power LLC, a clean energy company focused on developing a portfolio of renewable energy and storage assets across US ISO/RTO markets since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bill Gulley was the CFO and EVP of Structured Finance at BayWa r.e. Solar Projects LLC/Americas from October 2014 to December 2022, where leadership in project and corporate finance for utility-scale solar and battery storage development was provided. Bill Gulley's career also includes serving as Vice President of Finance at AMSOLAR International, responsible for project finance in the solar sector, and working in investment banking at Montgomery & Co. with a focus on the Technology, Media & Telecom industry. Earlier experience as an Analyst in Private Equity at Harvey & Company involved origination, valuation, and diligence of private equity investments. Bill Gulley earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business between 1998 and 2002.
