Mr. Ayoub serves as the Corporate Director of Culinary in which his responsibilities are to oversee the culinary operations for all Pathway communities. He brings nearly 27 years of leadership in hospitality, culinary operations and procurement, as well as more than a decade of experience serving the senior living industry.
He believes that dining is an experience that one should look forward to each and every day. He wants his residents to enjoy great service and healthier, from-scratch cooking.
Overall, his passion lies in creating memorable experiences for residents and guests that generate a “buzz” in the community. Whatever the venue or environment, his recipe for success includes a well-crafted blend of fresh cooking, great service, innovation, quality, efficiency, and consistency.
