Marsha Leonard

Marsha entered the healthcare field in 1995 after graduating from Sawyer College. She soon learned that Senior Living was her passion. Marsha obtained her Health Facility Administrators license in 2002 and has experience working in long term care, skilled nursing/rehabilitation, and for the last 16 years has focused on residential care. In her career, Marsha has had the opportunity to help turn around troubled communities both from a regulatory and financial perspective, open a new community from construction forward, and manage multiple product line portfolios. Marsha believes in a strong foundation of leadership and teamwork.
