April Sands has a diverse background with extensive experience in various roles within health services, law enforcement, and retail management. Currently serving as a Community Living Instructor at Compass Health Network since August 2022, April previously held positions such as Operations Manager at CVS Health and Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. April's career also includes significant experience as a Communications Officer with the Bates County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Raymore, Missouri. Additionally, April worked as a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health and served in the military as a Personnel Administrator and Military Police Officer. April holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Community College of the Air Force and has furthered education at Lewis University from 2017 to 2020.
