Benjamin Menary MA, LPC has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Benjamin started their career as a Direct Care Aid at Marshall Habilitation Center in 2006 and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Program Manager, Classroom Educator, and Care Manager at Alternative Opportunities. In 2010, they took on the role of Substance Abuse Counselor Intern at Carol Jones Recovery Center. During the same year, they joined Compass Health Network as a Community Support Specialist, and later took on various roles including ITDC Specialist, Therapist, CPRC Supervisor, and Team Lead for the Re-Entry Program. Benjamin also worked as a consultant for organizations implementing ITCD programs and received positive accolades from the Missouri Department of Behavioral Health. In 2016, they became the Director of Children's Community Based Services at Compass Health Network, overseeing multiple office locations and leading teams serving families and youth in seven counties. Benjamin is skilled in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed practices, and EHR Training.

Benjamin Menary MA, LPC pursued their education in the field of mental health counseling and psychology. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Webster University, where they earned a Master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2008, they studied Psychology at Missouri Valley College and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
