Holly Thomas is currently the Director of Access and Urgent Care Services at Compass Health Network, where Holly oversees the Emergency Room Enhancement and Disease Management programs. Holly provides guidance and clinical support for crisis team members, conducts community outreach, and ensures quality care by implementing organizational policies. Holly previously worked as a Cook/Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School, a Preschool Teacher at ABC Children's Enrichment Center, and a Distribution Specialist at St. Michael's Hospital. Holly also has a background in receiving coordination from their time at Walmart. In terms of education, Holly is pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia, holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and has a certification in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Mid-State Technical College. Holly graduated from Lincoln High School.
