Jennifer Frye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Jennifer started their career at Missouri Alliance for Children & Families in 2003, where they worked in Children's Services until 2006. In 2009, they joined Crider Health Center as a School Based Mental Health Specialist Supervisor and later became an Employment Recruiter from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015, Jennifer has been associated with Compass Health Network, initially serving as a Senior Director of Employee Engagement and Training until 2023.
