Michelle Moran has extensive experience in youth engagement and support, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Fanshawe College and as an Employment Specialist at Pathways Employment Help Centre. From 2014 to 2019, Michelle facilitated programs for youth aged 16 to 29 at Youth Opportunities Unlimited, focusing on educational and employment goals. Prior experience includes working as a Youth Engagement Trainer at the Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health, where training was provided to organizations, and as a Supervisor for various youth programs at East Metro Youth Services. Earlier roles involved child counseling and violence prevention work at Women's Habitat and residential counseling at Robarts School for the Deaf. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Western University and furthered education in Marketing and Sales at Ryerson University.

On May 15, 2021, Pathways Skill Development and Placement Centre and London Employment Help Centre unified to become Pathways Employment Help Centre. Unification combines over 65 years of history delivering high quality employment services, skills training and advocacy in London and area. Collectively, we provide personalized employment services to job seekers, job matching and hiring assistance for employers, and specialized skills training and advocacy supports. PEHC has two locations 100-150 Dufferin Street and 100-205 Horton Street East. Pathways Employment Help Centre connects people to jobs and jobs to people. We help employers develop their workforce. We assist individuals to prepare to re-enter the job market. We create employment opportunities through social enterprise. We advocate for eligible individuals to access social benefits.
