Crystal C. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Crystal currently works as a Regional Operations Director at Pathways Financial Credit Union, where they oversee branch offices in the Southwestern Ohio region. In this role, they lead a team, solves problems, and promotes the credit union's products and services. Prior to this, they worked at Fifth Third Bank as a Financial Center Manager III, where they managed risks and ensured a positive customer experience. Crystal also has experience in the retail industry, having worked at IT'SUGAR as a General Manager and Assistant Store Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for recruiting, training, coaching staff, and achieving goals and metrics.

Crystal C. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Ozarks Technical Community College from 2015 to 2017. Crystal C. also received a high school diploma from Branson High School in 2010.
