Kathryn Grover

Kathryn Grover currently works at Pathways as an Employee Engagement Manager leading a team to track and improve employee engagement and retention. Prior to this, Kathryn held positions at Arabella Advisors and Ladder Up Chicago, where Kathryn worked closely with non-profit organizations and managed volunteers and partnerships. Kathryn also has experience in personal finance planning, event coordination, and billing. Kathryn holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College.
