Pathways to Independence
Hunter Conder has a background in Behavioural Science Technology with experience in various roles in the mental health and social services field. They have worked at organizations such as Pathways to Independence, Addiction and Mental Health Services Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Community Living Kingston and District, and Ongwanada Hospital. Their responsibilities have included crisis work, client services management, and direct support. Hunter Conder graduated from St. Lawrence College with a degree in Behavioral Science Technology and also holds an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from West Carleton Secondary School.

Pathways to Independence is a community based, not-for-profit agency providing assisted community living services and supports to people with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or a developmental disability who may also have complex needs based on their unique goals, abilities, and choices. We promote independent, active lifestyles so the people we support can live their best life in their community. We support people to be as independent as possible based on their goals and choices.
