Dawn Richardson

Dawn Richardson is an experienced leader in healthcare and education, currently serving as the Director at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) since January 2021. Prior roles include Senior Director at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). Dawn also held managerial positions at Children's National Medical Center and George Washington University and served as President of TD Education Consulting. Earlier career experiences include Regional Vice President at Mosaica Education, Manager at BearingPoint, and Executive Director at District of Columbia Public Schools. Dawn holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Baltimore and is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law.
