Eva Ferdous has a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with experience in various industries. Eva started their career at American Express in 2010 as a QA Tester, where they were responsible for analyzing requirements and developing test scenarios. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at CVS Pharmacy as a Quality Assurance and Business Analyst, collaborating closely with the business to gather requirements and create user stories. Eva then moved on to the Federal Communications Commission in 2014 as a Senior QA Engineer, working on the entire software development life cycle and creating a hybrid framework using UFT tools. Since 2016, they have been working at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) as a Senior QA/QC Automation Engineer, involved in agile development and responsible for various types of testing and test automation using UFT.

Eva Ferdous completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Darul Ihsan University in Dhaka between the years 2000 and 2004.
