Michelle Henton

Program Manager, Engagement, Dissemination & Implementation at Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute

Michelle Henton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle began their career as a Community Support Worker at Burrell Behavioral Health in 2006 and worked there until 2007. After that, they served as a Graduate Assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Michelle joined Kaiser Permanente as a Project Coordinator and stayed there until 2015. Michelle then transitioned to the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) and held the role of Senior Program Associate in the Engagement, Dissemination & Implementation department from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Michelle works at PCORI as a Program Manager in the same department.

Michelle Henton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University in the years 2002 to 2006. Michelle then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 2008 to 2010.
