Samuel Omer

Samuel Omer has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering, database development, and IT. From 2015 until present, they have been working at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) as a Senior Data Engineer and a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Developer. In these roles, Samuel is responsible for the successful delivery of data warehouse implementation and business intelligence solutions. Samuel has strong SQL skills and extensive experience in database and data warehouse implementation and administration. Their primary duties include designing ETL tools, developing multidimensional data warehouses, and providing critical insights into business and portfolio performance for PCORI users.

Before joining PCORI, Samuel worked at CSDC from 2014 to 2015 as a Database Developer. Samuel successfully implemented Members Data Management Systems and utilized Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio (C#) for development.

Prior to that, Samuel worked at World Learning as an IT Specialist from 2009 to 2014. Their responsibilities included managing IT systems and infrastructure.

Finally, from 2007 to 2008, Samuel served as a Business Analyst/Software Developer at LinkCom Information Systems. Samuel was involved in requirement specification, systems analysis, systems design, and implementation using various programming languages and databases.
