Rachel Montgomery

Rachel Montgomery serves as the Chief Customer Officer at PatientNow since October 2023, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through strategic initiatives. Previously, Rachel has held advisory roles and leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Syntellis Performance Solutions, where a successful private equity exit was achieved. Rachel's leadership at Blackbaud as Vice President of Professional Services involved optimizing delivery teams and managing significant revenue streams. Earlier, Rachel contributed to RASTRAC as Director of Sales and Operations and began a career in customer support with Convio. Rachel holds a BA in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
