Andrew O'Conor

Andrew O'Conor has a diverse work experience, starting from 2013 as the Head Bartender at Kilroy's Sports Bar, where they implemented a new point-of-sales system and trained staff on its use. Andrew also trained new hires and oversaw junior employees while creating a product development team to craft new beverages and increase profits. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Bartender/Server at C3 Bar, ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding the customer base through interpersonal skills. In 2020, they became the Bar Manager and Bartender at Tocco North, where they maintained relations with alcohol distributors, established new partnerships, and sold and created a high volume of drinks each night.
