Ashleigh Duncan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashleigh currently works as a Product Business Analyst at PatientPoint®, starting in January 2023.

Prior to their current position, Ashleigh worked at Randall Reilly from October 2020 to July 2021. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Junior Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Operations Enablement Specialist. In their Operations Enablement Specialist role, Ashleigh successfully onboarded new clients, provided support to clients, and drafted sales contracts to assist with business development.

Before that, they worked at Sitehands as a New Client Onboarding Coordinator from December 2019 to April 2020. Ashleigh also gained experience as a Sales Operations Analyst at CompuCom from December 2018 to November 2019.

Ashleigh's previous experience includes working as a Field Acceleration Specialist at TriNet from July 2018 to December 2018. In this role, they supported sales consultants and managers, generated reports, provided system support, conducted training sessions, and worked closely with the Legal department.

Ashleigh started their career at Cintas as a Management Trainee from July 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Project Management Intern at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare from January 2016 to April 2016.

Ashleigh Duncan, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, which they completed from 2011 to 2016. In 2020, they furthered their education by obtaining an Executive Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, in April 2022, Ashleigh obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
