Csm® Madhavi Kelkar

Madhavi Kelkar, CSM®, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Madhavi started their career in 2000 as a Designer in Architecture and Interior at Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Madhavi then worked as an Architecture and Planning Intern at Buckley Architects and Land Planners, where they gained experience in zoning ordinances, research, and site and landscaping plans.

In 2008, Madhavi joined the City of Janesville, Wisconsin, as a Planning and GIS Intern. Here, they further enhanced their skills in urban planning and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Madhavi then moved on to the Washington County Planning Department, where they served as a Planning Associate. At this role, they focused on comprehensive planning for towns within the county and creating GIS maps for the county and the election commission.

In 2014, Madhavi joined SentriLock, LLC as a Data Analyst. Madhavi was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns. Madhavi also played a key role in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product lifecycle management and defining metrics to track product issues. Madhavi was adept at understanding business initiatives and data reporting requirements.

Starting in 2018, Madhavi began a new phase in their career at PatientPoint®, where they took on various roles. Madhavi started as a Business Analyst, working on gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting business processes. Madhavi then transitioned to the role of Salesforce Business Analyst, focusing on implementing and managing Salesforce applications and assisting with customization and configuration. Currently, they serve as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, utilizing their Agile expertise to facilitate the delivery of projects.

Throughout their career, Madhavi Kelkar has consistently demonstrated their strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Madhavi'sexperience in diverse roles and industries has equipped their with a broad range of skills and knowledge that make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Madhavi Kelkar, CSM®, has an educational background in land use planning and management/development. Madhavi obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the University of Mumbai from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Madhavi Kelkar has also obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2022 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2020.
