Donna Iames

Donna Iames has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Donna is currently employed as a Senior Manager of Client Service and Program Management at PatientPoint®, where they provide strategic leadership and ensures the objectives of the company's brands are understood. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Donna worked as an Implementation and Process Manager at ThinkWare, guiding clients through the implementation process and managing project success. From 2006 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Manager of Client Support at Paycor, where they were responsible for employee engagement, client satisfaction, and project management. Donna also served as a Customer Service Manager at Chiquita from 1999 to 2006, leading a client service team and optimizing logistics service. Before that, they worked as a Direct Marketing Manager at SCH Technologies from 1997 to 1999, establishing and executing direct marketing initiatives. From 1995 to 1997, Donna held the role of Regional Client Service Manager at Entex Information Systems, overseeing order fulfillment and achieving revenue goals. Lastly, at IBM, Donna had various roles from 1984 to 1994, including Business Analyst, Operations Manager, and A/R Administrator, where they created communications models, developed community partnerships, and expanded the MWBE initiative.

Donna Iames obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus in Marketing from Xavier University. Donna completed their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, Donna has acquired several certifications over the years. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Change Management from Change LLC. In 2018, they earned a White Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Breakthrough Performance Group. Furthermore, in 2023, Donna acquired two LinkedIn certifications: "Writing Emails People Want to Read" and "Speaking Confidently and Effectively."
