Hilliary Jeffries

Hilliary Jeffries has diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Hilliary is currently working as the VP of HR/Diversity Equity and Inclusion at PatientPoint® since April 2021. Prior to that, they founded Strategic HR Insights in November 2020 and served as the President and CEO until May 2021. From August 2018 to September 2020, they were the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer at Nevada HAND, Inc, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing human capital development strategies.

Earlier in their career, Hilliary held various leadership roles in human resources. From July 2014 to November 2017, they served as the Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer at CECO Environmental Corporation, managing HR functions across multiple divisions and countries. Hilliary held the position of Vice President, Corporate Human Resources and Administration from July 2007 to July 2014, overseeing a team of HR professionals across different locations.

Hilliary also has experience working as the Director of Human Resources at Givaudan Flavors, where they were responsible for staffing, talent management, succession planning, and training and development. Before that, they served as the VP of Human Resources - Sr. Generalist at Citibank from July 2000 to February 2003.

Furthermore, Hilliary has worked for Hollaender Mfg, GRE Insurance Group, and TechSoft Systems, where they held leadership positions. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati, demonstrating their commitment to education.

Hilliary Jeffries earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Hilliary later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Communication from the same institution, attending from 1987 to 1998.

In terms of certifications, Hilliary Jeffries has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2021. Hilliary also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021.
