LaToya Suggs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. LaToya is currently working as the Manager of Customer Success at PatientPoint®, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Customer Retention professional at the same company from May 2021 to July 2022.
Before joining PatientPoint®, LaToya worked at Outcome Health as an Engagement Manager from January 2019 to May 2021. LaToya then served as an Account Relationship Manager at the American Dental Association from December 2017 to December 2018.
In addition, LaToya has experience as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at MAXIMUS, where they worked from November 2016 to November 2017. Prior to that, they were a Shift Lead at Walgreens from February 2013 to August 2016.
