Joy Iyer

Joy Iyer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering delivery, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Paton Engineers and Constructors since February 2016. In this role, Joy oversees engineering operations in the US and Canada, leading a team of design professionals on high-value Instrumentation and Controls projects, including a $15 million EPC project. Previously, Joy held key positions at Occidental Petroleum of Qatar focusing on safety critical systems, and at Ranhill Worley Parsons, where leadership in detail engineering for safety system upgrades was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.E. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
