Alison Hunter

Alison Hunter, CPCU, RPLU, currently serves as Senior Director of Global Learning & Development and Senior Director of Insurance Services - Operations at Patra Corporation since October 2023. Prior to this role, Alison held multiple vice president positions at USLI from April 2007 to October 2023, including Vice President - Operations, where responsibilities involved managing various teams and directing recruitment processes focused on diversity and inclusion. Additional roles included Vice President - Instant Access Service Center, where leadership emphasized outstanding service delivery, and Vice President - Specialty Lines Administration Leader, overseeing cross-functional teams. Earlier experience included a position as Education Director at Oxford Learning Center and team leadership in personal lines administration. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Towson University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
