Ngoc S. is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Director of Product Design and Head of Content Design at Patreon, overseeing product design for growth and content initiatives since July 2022. Previously, Ngoc held the position of Director of Content Design at Meta, where responsibilities included leading content design for the Libra and Novi cryptocurrency initiatives, as well as managing consumer fintech content across Meta's apps. Prior to that, Ngoc was a Content Strategy Manager at Facebook, focusing on monetization strategies for the platform. Additional experience spans roles at Credit Karma as a Product Designer, Expedia as a Senior Interaction Designer, and Autodesk in various UX design capacities. Ngoc began the professional career as a Project Manager at SolutionSet and an Online Marketing Producer at Blue Shield of California. Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
