Lauri Siukola

Lauri Siukola is a highly experienced engineering executive currently serving as Vice President of Design and Engineering at Patria Land Oy since October 2021, leading initiatives in protected mobility and defense systems. With a strong background in various engineering roles, Lauri has also held positions as Head of Product Design and Engineering and Engineering Manager for electrical and software development at Patria Land. As the founder and CEO of Hämeen Laatukoneet Oy, Lauri focuses on property leasing and investment. Previous experience includes serving as Technical Director at Wood Innovations Finland Oy and holding managerial roles at Konecranes, where responsibilities spanned R&D and service management. Lauri holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and a master's degree in Industrial Management from Grenoble INP - UGA.
