Amy Gillette

Chief Financial Officer at Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science

Amy Gillette oversees all financial aspects of the museum, from board reports to the preparation of tax returns to managing the annual financial statement audit. She also manages communicating all financial information to the Board of Trustees, Miami-Dade County and banks. Gillette joined the museum in 2010.

Prior to working with Frost Science, Gillette was an auditor at Grant Thornton, an international accounting and auditing firm, where her clients included private equity firms and luxury travel markets. Always a bit of a math wiz, Gillette earned her bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and economics at the University of Central Florida, and went on to earn a master’s degree in taxation, also at UCF. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state, and grew up in Melbourne, Florida.
