VP, Revenue Operations & Strategy at Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science

Nathalie Taureau is an experienced hospitality revenue management executive. In her role at Frost Science, she is responsible for the direction and management of all onsite earned revenue programs, including gate admissions, event and facility rentals, retail, and parking.

Taureau has over a decade of experience maximizing revenue opportunities and optimizing customer profit through effective pricing and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Frost Science, Taureau was a hotel general manager and has previously worked in the most challenging hospitality market in the US, Las Vegas. On the Vegas Strip, she oversaw the revenue management strategies and marketing promotions for several resorts & casinos for MGM Resorts International, including Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Delano Las Vegas, Mirage Hotel & Casino, and Vdara Hotel & Spa at Aria Las Vegas.

In 2018, she was honored as one of the “Top 30 Under 30 Rising Stars” in the hospitality industry by Hotel Management magazine and was nominated for Emerging Hospitality Leader of the Year by both the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association and the American Hotel and Lodging Association.

Taureau has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from ISG Business School, an international business school. She holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo, NY, and concurrently enrolled in Cornell University’s online hospitality master’s certificate program. She also earned the status of “role model” by the award-winning professional leadership development program, LeaderCORE™.

Throughout her career, Taureau has received several certifications, including the Certified Revenue Management Executive by CRME, and the Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager by AHLA.
