Erik Doyle

Erik Doyle, MBA, SPHR, CCP has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Erik is currently the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Patrick Industries, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Kohler Co. where they held the positions of Business Transformation / Global Change Management and Senior HR Manager, Operations & Special Projects, K&B Global. Erik also has experience as the Senior Human Resources Manager, Business Partner at Patrick Industries, Inc. and in Human Resources at ArcelorMittal. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Support/Project Manager at Bulkmatic Transport, where they were responsible for evaluating departments and operations for cost savings and efficiencies. Erik has a proven track record of implementing successful change management initiatives, improving employee engagement, and driving organizational performance.
