Thogarma Manzo is a versatile professional with extensive experience in public health emergency management, human resources, and military operations. Currently, Thogarma operates as a Public Health Emergency Management Consultant and serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Patriot Enterprises LLC, alongside tenure as OPS NCO since 2018. With a military career starting in 2012, Thogarma has excelled as a Master Trainer and 1SG, focusing on the development and execution of training for US Army NCOs, enhancing international relations, and advocating for human rights and democracy. Thogarma holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from American Military University and has degrees in Political Science and Liberal Arts.
