Mac Hardaway

Mac Hardaway's work experience includes a variety of leadership roles in operations management. Mac started their career in the U.S. Navy as a pilot and Commander, overseeing daily operations and managing a large budget. After leaving the Navy, they held positions as Operations Manager, General Manager, and Director in multi-site wholesale and retail distribution operations. Mac then worked as a General Manager at Clean Harbors, directing hazardous waste processing and transportation operations. Following this, they served as the Western Region Operations Manager at Airgas Specialty Products, where they oversaw bulk transport and storage of ammonia. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Operations Cost Management and Fleet Director at Patriot Environmental Services, responsible for expense reduction and fleet management. Throughout their career, Mac has demonstrated a strong focus on safety, compliance, and achieving cost savings.

Mac Hardaway attended the United States Naval Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Mac then pursued further education at Golden Gate University, where they earned an MBA. In addition to their formal education, Mac also obtained certifications in HAZWOPER from Clean Harbors in July 2009 and as a Multi-engine Pilot from the FAA.
