Jill Malcolm

Jill Malcolm has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Portellus, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Jill then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Integrated Healthcare Holdings from 2010 to 2011, where they provided guidance on staff performance issues, employee relations, and policy interpretation. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources and Payroll at ManagEase, Incorporated/OneDigital, where they advised management on HR policies and procedures, conducted audits, and led teams to complete client projects. Jill then joined Bowermaster & Associates, a division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, as Executive VP of Human Resources from 2015 to 2020, responsible for overall HR administration and coordination. Currently, they are the Regional Human Resources Manager at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC since 2020, and will be transitioning to the role of Regional Human Resources Director in 2023.

Jill Malcolm attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied Business Administration. Jill obtained additional certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
