Matt Finkbeiner

Matt Finkbeiner is the current VP of Finance at Patriot Growth Insurance Services. Matt has over 17 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry.

Matt started their career at Deloitte in 2002 as an Audit Senior Manager. Matt was responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing audits for a diversified base of clients in the oil & gas, telecom/media, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and employee benefit plan industries. In October 2015, they left Deloitte to become the Chief Accounting Officer at Atlas Energy Group, LLC.

At Atlas Energy Group, Matt oversaw all accounting and financial reporting matters for the Atlas family of entities. This included filing Form 10-K and Form 10-Q, filing Form S-1 and SEC comment letters, SOX internal controls over financial reporting, technical accounting matters, internal and external auditors, developing and mentoring accounting team. Matt also led the accounting team through corporate restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, reorganization, fresh-start accounting, implementation of new accounting ERP system, internal controls rationalization, and divestitures.

In April 2019, Matt left Atlas Energy Group to become the VP of Finance at Patriot Growth Insurance Services.

Matt Finkbeiner completed a BA in Accounting at Muhlenberg College.
