Carlos DeLaGarza

Carlos DeLaGarza has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Carlos is currently working as a Program Director at Patriot Mobile since August 2021. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Project Manager at Vizient, Inc from April 2018 to March 2020.

Prior to joining Vizient, Inc, Carlos worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Strive Consulting, LLC from March 2018 to March 2020. At Strive Consulting, they helped industry-leading companies transform their organization by solving complex challenges through management consulting, technology enablement, and data and analytics.

From June 2016 to March 2018, Carlos served as the Program/Project Delivery Leader at Austin CSI, leading project teams in the delivery of infrastructure migrations for PepsiCo.

Before joining Austin CSI, Carlos worked at Dell for several years in various roles. Carlos was the Dell Services PMO Account Leader from February 2011 to June 2016, responsible for project, program, and portfolio management infrastructure governance and oversight for 7 Dell Services accounts. Carlos also held positions such as Account DCM Sr. Project Manager, PMO Leader for the Boeing 787 Program, Enterprise Technology Consulting Team Leader, and Sr. Program Manager and Team Leader, where they successfully delivered multi-million dollar programs and projects.

Earlier in their career, Carlos worked at Perot Systems/CVS Pharmacy as a Sr. Project Manager, responsible for leading the successful delivery of the CVS Rx Central Pharmacy System Project.

Before joining Perot Systems, Carlos was a Sr. Project Manager at ARGO Data Systems, where they led large integrated technology teams to implement ARGO software products resulting in significant revenue for ARGO Data Corporation.

Carlos also gained experience as the Director of Project Management at Emergisoft Corporation, where they implemented project and problem management methodologies and led a team in successful software delivery management practices.

Additionally, Carlos has prior experience with the US Marine Corps as a Sr. Program Manager.

Carlos DeLaGarza attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. In addition, they completed the Scrum Master Certification Training Program at Simplilearn in January 2020.
