Rich Savage

Rich Savage has a diverse work experience in law enforcement and human resources. Rich is currently the Director of Human Resources at Patriot Mobile, where they are responsible for managing the hiring processes and developing innovative recruiting methods. Prior to this, Rich worked at the Grapevine Police Department, starting as an Administrative Sergeant in 2001 and eventually serving as a Criminal Investigations Sergeant and a Uniform Operations Police Lieutenant. In these roles, they managed hiring processes, supervised background investigators, and developed and implemented recruiting strategies. Before joining the Grapevine Police Department, Rich worked as a Police Officer at the Dallas Police Department, where they served as an Undercover Deployment Officer and a Patrol Officer. In these positions, they observed and developed criminal cases and enforced federal, state, and local laws to ensure public safety.

Rich Savage is currently a PhD candidate at Tarleton State University, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Criminal Justice degree from Tarleton State University in 2017. In 1999, Rich completed a Bachelor of Social Work degree at Lubbock Christian University. Additionally, in the same year, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lubbock Christian University.
