Rob Thrall

Rob Thrall has over 25 years of work experience in the railroad industry. Rob currently holds the position of SVP Business Development at Patriot Rail Company since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Watco Companies LLC, where they served as VP Business Development from 2016 to November 2019. Rob also held various roles at Watco Companies LLC, including VP Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager, Trainmaster, and Engineer/Conductor, starting from 1994 and progressing through the ranks.

Rob Thrall attended the College of Southern Idaho, where they studied Business Administration. Rob also obtained various certifications, including MSHA Certified in 2007, CPR Certified and First Aid Certified in 2005. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Federal Railroad Administration, including Locomotive Engineer in 1995, Conductor License in 1994, and Hazmat Qualified in 1994.
