Jen Smith

Jen Smith has extensive experience in various roles within the financial and sales industries. Jen is currently the Director and Head of Sales Management for Capital Markets at PATRIZIA SE since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of VP and Global CRM Manager at BMO Global Asset Management, where they worked from February 2021 to August 2021. Jen has also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Bankside Gallery from February 2012 to June 2021. Jen gained experience as a Business Development Operations Manager at BlueBay Asset Management from June 2018 to February 2021, where they managed Salesforce and Pardot for over 200 users worldwide. Jen's previous roles include Salesforce Head of Product at THE SUSTAINABLE RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION LIMITED from May 2017 to May 2018, and as a self-employed CRM Consultant from February 2012 to April 2017. Jen has also worked as a VP in Investment Banking Business Planning & Strategy at Nomura from January 2009 to July 2010, and in various roles at Lehman Brothers from September 2002 to December 2008, including Associate Vice President in Investment Banking Business Planning & Strategy.

Jen Smith completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in IT, Business Management, and Languages from the University of York from 1997 to 2001. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, U. of London. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist in July 2020 and Salesforce Certified Administrator in May 2017 from Salesforce.
