Konrad Finkenzeller

Konrad is Head of the International Capital Markets Group at PATRIZIA. Konrad is responsible for all international fundraising and business development activities of PATRIZIA and runs a team of Capital Markets Directors based across the globe in offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Augsburg, Hong Kong, Melbourne & Seoul. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, Konrad worked for a well-known international real estate developer and worked for a major German financial institution.

Konrad holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance (IRE|BS Business School) a M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance (Henley Business School) and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree (University of Regensburg). He is a visiting lecturer for financial and real estate valuation at the University of Regensburg ((IRE|BS Business School) and Hochschule Augsburg
